The board - a defence

I've noticed a lot of comment here comparing the current board with the Chase-era.

This seems wildly innacurate to me.

Under Chase we sold millions of pouns worth of players & spent a tiny fraction of the money gained.

Under the current board we may not have splashed the cash, but they've still put money INTO the club rather than just ripped money out of it.

Carry on slagging off delia et al. & if they leave and pull their money out I'd be amazed if we weren't facing financial ruin.
