True, there's more rumour than there ever used to be

but that's modern life ad technology and it's not going to change, so they'd better get used to it.

Journalists and journalism have to adapt or die in the current era. And if that means Rick being a little more honest in his opinions to reflect the views of his readers and the man on the street then so be it.

The days of the privileged reporter keeping bits of information to himself are long gone, because some on here have very close links with the club and actually know more than he does.

Maybe someone should send him the link to the start of this thread, which contains some very pertinent points and counter arguments (and a couple of numpries).
