I don't get the Ryan Giggs future Man U manager obsession

Has never remotely come across as a leader or a charismatic individual when playing for Wales or Man U and just seems to hang around on the coat tails of their managers distancing himself from them as soon as it goes a bit wrong. Plus his personal life has shown a real lack of integrity. Don't get why they seem so obsessed with lining him up as a future manager.

Maybe if he went off somewhere else and proved himself it would be different but I doubt he will take that risk.
