Well I could probably rustle up something but I don't fancy cooking at this time.

I'm usually better prepared with soup and things in the freezer I can just take out but it's running up to half term on Friday and we're off to Edinburgh so haven't got much in.

I'd planned to make a nice seeded loaf tonight and then make some salmon and cucumber sandwiches which sounded very appealing at the time, only the bread machine let me down!
