Often the phrase "left by mutual consent" is used......... again that can mean a lot of things/situations.

What we do know is that McNally Tilt tweeted Saturday that he was leaving........then totally reversed his position on Sunday....... at this point the rest of the board probably thought its best he goes and its possible they negotiated a settlement.

He is way too smart to walk away from monies owed.

Virtually every settlement I have seen contains a terms non-disclosure agreement, most contain a non-disparaging type clause and a few contain a non-compete clause (which is actually hard to enforce in a lot of countries)
