There is no need for the club to say anything about the TSF gossip.

It sets a very dangerous precedent. Respond to this and they'll be expected to address all manner of online tittle tattle in the future.

Then, as soon as they don't.... 'Well this one must be true then."

Supporters who choose to take stuff like this seriously have the problem here. Meanwhile, the club just gets on with its business as normal.
