What really worried me is that I dont think he can build a team

He inherited a fair number of our playoff and promotion team. However his purchases leave a lot to be desired.

What really pisses me off though is the fact that top managers will take a chance on players who have fallen out with their previous clubs (like cantona, vieira, okocha, koumas, etc). Worthy always seems to put such value in players being right in the head.

He doesnt seem to rate himself good enough to succeed where others have failed. Therefore we end up with Hughes, Ethuhu, Jarrett, Brennan, Thorne.
