As newly appointed Wrath Head of Gin

I hereby give permission to all wrathers to

- remove your bottle of gin from your freezer (if you're not keeping it there, you're missing a trick)
- pour equal measures of gin and your tonic of choice, or just chilled ordinary water
- squeeze in a little fresh lemon juice (NOT jif/equivalent, use an actual lemon), a bit more if you've used chilled ordinary water
- grate in a bit of fresh ginger root (doesn't work with powder, stem ginger etc)
- give it five minutes in the fridge for the ginger to permeate. You can either take the ginger out with a teaspoon or leave it in at that point. An alternative is to skin a lump of fresh ginger, cut into fairly thick lumps and drop them in the bottle before placing in the freezer.

You can all thank me later.
