Being 26-years-old he's at a good age, with time to improve, reach his peak and provide a few years of good service.
He scored 19 league goals for a poor Bristol City side, despite it being his first season in English football and generally not having penalty taking duties (1 league goal), unlike Martin, McCormack, Gray, etc.
Despite being a good finisher with sound technique, he isn't just a goal scorer. At 6'2", with decent pace and strength, he has the attributes to lead the line.
His biggest asset is his dribbling ability and flair, meaning he can score or create goals out of nothing.
Here's a video that sums up what he's about, although the music is a bit NSFW, so I would advise muting it:

I would like to see us sign this lad. I think he has all of the attributes to be a premier league striker given good coaching and management. He's not long stopped playing non-league football, so he's slightly raw in the same way that Vardy and Bolasie were, but we're not in the position to be signing the finished product right now, so I think this is one of the best options available right now.
