Agree that I hope he stays, and agree on his character, but...

..to play slight devil's advocate, having a great character isn't enough - he needs to be able to do the job well and especially get the basics right - it's admirable that he has admitted mistakes but he needs to stop making so many in the first place. I think he should get another season and see how he goes.

Probably sounds more critical than intended - I do like him and have high hopes for him.
