This summer is probably my only worry about the McNally departure

For his faults, I felt he handled the fall out from our last relegation very well and his no nonsense approach was probably what we needed to keep a few agents in line. i don't want the Financial Director in charge of our summer transfer dealings. FDs are accountants generally and they are understandably risk adverse. Need to get the new CEO in quickly and make no major decisions before we do.

Hopefully like last time a couple of big sales, coupled with the enhanced parachute monies will be enough to enable us to retain most of the best players and run the wage bill.
