isn't it weird how we look back on those days with affection? After Martin O'Neill left we achieved absolutely NOTHING for five years despite some decent players. Has any other team ever let in 11 goals in less than 72 hours (5-1 at West Brom followed by 6-1 at Port Vale, 1997/98)? We were going nowhere until Worthy took over, and that's a fact.
