All of those, plus

Reggae Reggae sauce or any hot salsa, spread on lightly toasted bread, top with cheese, under the grill it goes

In a pinch when you're out of everything else just sprinkle some cayenne pepper on top of the cheese

Wor-sess-ter-shire is probables my favourite of those options but a bit of Reggae Reggae runs it close.
