I'm not sure you can say he's done well.

I think he's shown little evidence of learning this season. As for the summer transfers, I don't know anyone who was happy. No centre half, only a loan striker. Obvious we would struggle. I've asked these questions before... How many players have improved under his management? How many times has he successfully changed a game tactically or with substitutions? Considering the money he has spent, is the squad that much better? I like him and I think he has potential, but he has a long way to go IMO.
