they are based on what the Prem clubs get from TV money, excluding the rewards for higher placings (i.e. the amount that is split equally between Prem clubs).

We get 55% of that amount next year and 45% for the season after.

Villa and Newcastle would also get that, but in addition they would get 20% of the amount in the following season.
