This is the key point that Cunt has failed to answer

I've taken my daughter in to A+E on an acute psychiatric admission. On a Friday night. Not evaluated, kept in a holding pattern until Monday when the psychs all start work.

Not ideal, but if the psychs are available at the weekend who is covering the midweek shifts they must be vacating so that they can be there weekends, and where's the money for that?

User Posted Link leads me to suggest that not only isn't there an answer, but those in charge of the policy detail don't really understand the question. Yes it's humour but look past the funny bits. None of those people answering questions should still have been in a job by the end of that day.
