Hope we can keep Neil after this shambles

McNally is clearly a vicious c*nt but he's a successful one. I personally liked that bit of that to counteract our little old 'nice' Norwich setup. If the resignation has been accepted rather than imposed then I think it is a terrible decision.

Before this I was really surprisingly positive about the future:
- Good, young manager whom thankfully the fans have understood, not turned against and stadium atmosphere remains good
- Best squad we have ever had and that in my opinion would have stayed up 7 times out of 10
- Ready made youth replacements for the positions we are likely to lose by relegation (Murphs, Maddison, Rudd, Toff)
- Well run, ethical and financially stable (appreciate this view will not be universal but it's my view).

Now I worry we will be a bit spineless and naive again.
If I was Neil and the players we hope to keep, I wouldn't have much confidence in this current setup now.
