I guess Martin, Howson, Hoolahan, Jerome would be useful as a spine of players that have experience and proven quality at that level.

The biggest thing is to have players that have the humility to accept they are championship players and to rise to the challenge accordingly. I've got doubts about a lot in the squad on that count.
