But do any clubs these days? It seems pretty rare, particularly with most teams just bringing in foreign players each transfer window.

Who was the last player Man City or Arsenal brought through? Stoke? Etc

Norwich always USED to have a load of good players coming through, but that was before teams flooded the leagues with foreign players.
