Very good summary and has just given me a thought.

All of the things you point to as problems are now the responsibility of one man - Mr Ricky Martin.

The academy has always been his baby, now he has the scouting and training ground, etc which is all failing.

At any other club he would have been booted out years ago. Unfortunately, his head is so far up McNally's arse, he'll be here until this board goes.
