I think it almost matters too much to him at times. He's very intense and works too damn hard. McNally's only a problem if his personality leaves him unable to work with other clubs. There's no evidence of that; just rumours.

Personally, I place 100% of the blame on whatever f**king idiot designed our home shirt and our away shirt. No wonder the players look paralysed. Any footballer would be embarrassed wearing that monstrosity.
