Why bother with Jeffers

He's been poor at Arsenal, poor at Charlton, crap at Rangers and failed to score (or get in the team), when back on loan at Everton. Apart from when he first broke through at Everton several years ago he has never really looked that good. You may say in the u21's, but that was with a team full of creative young players who laid goals on a plate which we sure as hell wont.
