Agreed. Great piece of transfer business...we got worse

Any other time and any other club would've got rid of the manager. We should not be the training ground for up and coming managers, Especially in this league.
He has had no one of experience to guide him. No one of experience added to the board, unless you count the nephew of the current major shareholders,not! We are always going to be the whipping boys of the premier league even if we stay up, unless the board are prepared to take a gamble and spend. It seems the current psyche of the board has not moved with the pace of change happening in the prem and we will always be unable to compete at this level until they change. If as it seems, they are prepared to be in control of a club that hasn't the means to compete at this level then just let me know and I can adjust my my level of expectation. I will still be there again wherever we are next season but hope the board realise we aren't good enough to compete at prem level unless they change their policy.
