But the quantity and the timing

I said along with many others that we were down as soon as the August transfer window closed.

Hoping that bad song and Martin would a)not get injured and b) keep us up was suicidal.

Mbokani has been ok, Bamford awful. Pinto improving but too little too late.

But in the summer we bought nothing at the back and not enough up front and nothing in midfield.
Sadly it was obvious and our board need to look long and hard at themselves.
