Which be-tracksuited, Marathon-running, cigar-chomping coffin-coaxer might have switched from making kids' dreams come true to... er, you fill in your own punchline there?

Sadly, the story went on to talk about a young-boy island in India, which was all seedy and fabulously gossip-worthy, but mentioned HM's favourite chef in the whole world, which upset me so greatly I refuse to believe it as I sit there, tear-stained, mulling over his gorgeous books :*(
