Although, thinking about it... (SPOILERS CONTINUE)

... she never really was out of his tutelage, and never was cut-off, she was just lead to believe that she was. But even so, given that this was all part of her training, I'd've thought it'd require more actual training than just two beatings off Jaqen/Stick Girl. Just doesn't really sit well with the long period of waiting at the House of Black and White before she was allowed to get her badassery on.
