Delegating film breakdown to his staff, who he should employ for that skill or train them in it, then going over findings rather than doing it himself and passing on instructions. This makes the process faster, gives more insight and allows you to begin preparation earlier. The more reps the better you'll be at your game plan
This is based on what I read in the biography "pep" and my experience as an American football coach where we use much the same method.
He also needs to delegate the general coaching including the sideline ranting. He can just get into it when required as it has more effect.
Not a guaranteed premier league winner but he is far from a fraud. He is no genius either. He is just smart, has a natural affinity for coaching and is constantly trying to learn more and better himself which is so refreshing in football. But he should learn to delegate / empower his staff. And he will if he hasn't already.
