Fix the following, then the club will be where it should be:

1) Scouting
2) Youth development
3) Facilities
4) Outside perception of club by players/agents
5) Attitude towards outside investment

All of these need drastic improvement. It's so much more than just saying you have a poor owner. It's about not only having a vision but a Board and a CEO that can actually implement a plan to realize the vision.
