I trust we have a decent scouting network up and running now?

regardless of which division we need to make sure we have the right players in before pre season starts, even if that means paying them a month for nothing.
we really need tow scouting teams one for premier one for championship.
Fist task - get a couple of decent center half signed up, (assuming Klose moves), no faffing about like last close season please
