Wrath advice - invoices / tax type thing

I'm not registered as a business but to fund my hobby of football collecting I get match balls direct from Adidas and sell them at a higher price on ebay - not on a huge scale, but just to raise funds for me to buy older / rarer balls.

Anyway, a guy in Germany wants to buy a dozen from me to use as competition/promotion prizes or something for his business in the build up to the euros & has asked me to send him an invoice of 1000 Euros for them - presumably so he can put them through his books.

If I produce literally just an invoice using a template off of the internet, is that going to be sufficient for his needs or would the invoice need to come from a 'business' 9rather than me as a personal seller) in order for him to claim back the expense or whatever it is he wants the invoice for?
