PM Dandy-poos (and everyone who's sponsored me)

the front wheel just slipped away from me on a bend i've done a thousand times before

i was probably coming into it too fast for my 'talent' especially as i know it's a corner that i know has claimed a couple of other cyclists in the past month

i remember thinking a couple of minutes before, that i was feeling great and it was all seeming too easy...

i did manage to channel my inner pro-cyclist and remount my bike to ride the 3 miles back home though :-)

i've broken a bone in my left-hand, which means i'm unable to grip the handlebar let alone use the brake or change gears with it, meaning i'm having pull out of the Cambridge 50 on Sunday which has left me more gutted than i ever thought it would!

anyway, Mrs S is still going to ride it without me and then, once i'm fixed and my bike is also fixed (i could change down on the rear but not up) i'm going to ride the course, or as near as possible, and make sure i get that 50 miles in
