Prob never going to get every EU member to vote in favour of Turkey to become full member

Besides that Turkey are unlikely to ever meet the conditions for the vote to take place.

However, it is sensible to have good relations with Turkey. They are a buffer from a war zone. That is another reason why Turkey won't be allowed to join the EU.
