...that the reasons for staying in far outweigh those for leaving. I don't think my side of the debate has done anything like a good job of putting forward the positive reasons for that, and I don't think yours has done anything like a good job of putting forward the positive reasons for leaving. Instead each is trying to scare people into not voting for the other side - sadly a tactic which is known to be very effective in "normal" elections, rather than inspire people to vote positive for something.
