When they changed the term 'RTA' to 'RTC' in the Fire Service because something causes a crash to happen they said its not an accident most of us thought most were 'accidents' as they were unintentional. If you read the term for 'acciddnt' it says an 'unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionaly typically resulting in damage or injury' so to some extent the people in the know should have foreseen the possibility of this happening when the Liverpool fans had not gone in the stadium early unlike previous years. But as one on here said they were more concerned on the holligan aspect rather than safety. The fans were a different breed in those days and though I love standing at away games at least I can take my son's not having to worry about fighting.
