There was a previous inquest but its findings were quashed as the coroner

did not consider anything after 3.15 plus I am sure there were other technical bits and pieces.

I am a little surprised at the verdict of unlawful killing purely because of the legal requirements for such a verdict to be found. I am not surprised that all of the other findings of errors by the verdict as there was clearly negligence by a number of different individuals/organisations.
