Assume you're getting a Travelcard at Kings X. If so you can get on a 19 or 4 bus right outside ORL that'll take you all the way down Upper St - get off at Highbury Corner, otherwise known as Highbury and Islington, and it's a 10 min walk to Arse Ground...
