job nonsense
So then, went thru competitively applying for my job. Didn't get it due somebody a grade higher kicking up a fuss and getting it instead. He doesn't have the technical skills to do it mind. He was not subject to same interview or presentation.
I was off sick with a mental illness during whole period of consultation so had no chance to revise my job description which would have made me a natural successor.
Stitch up.
Grievance in process.
They have now offered me about 13k to shut up and sod off. Shall I take it?
