Yeah right. Ahem. I am of the belief that poached eggs are the new black.

If you wander the lanes in Norwich, there is literally not one single establishment that won't give you either poached eggs on sourdough or a haircut. Or possibly both.

"Something for the weekend sir? With some hollandaise?"
