"Deserve"? Being a football supporter isn't about deserving anything, it's about identity, enjoyment and accepting that your team can lose as well as it can win. Some f**king humility wouldn't go amiss either. Just because your team is bankrolled by a probably corrupt multi-millionaire who is prepared to spend exorbitant amounts doesn't give the supporters some kind of moral superiority.
