This is quite funny,
Someone spliced in clips from 'The Thick of It' into a video clip from a few weeks ago when the Parliamentary Public Accounts Committee interrogated Charlie Massey, Director of strategy for the Department of Health, about the details of the government's 7 day NHS idea.
