Actually neither

I want to see Norwich actually compete rather than just try to survive. Norwich is like a middleweight boxer trying to fight heavyweights. Yeah you might actually land a punch occasionally but never enough to actually cause much damage. The club really have to overachieve in many areas (youth development, scouting, facilities)to truly compete given their financial limitations, and sadly have not done so.
