can't remember if they said asking price was ?37m or ?75m. I remember thinking it was within lottery win territory, so it couldn't have been a stupidly high figure.

How much debt it comes with is another matter though. Lerner is supposedly happy to write-off ?200m but I don't know how much it will leave on their books.
