It's terrible - slow, user-unfriendly, the suggestions it records for you are a joke, even

if you 'train' it, ours misses recordings, pixellates & skips and apparently there's nothing they can do about it. We've had six boxes in two years, all down to the hard drive.

And BBC iPlayer is useless.
