I disagree

I think he had a clear game plan and it worked well. Sit off for half an hour to frustrate us, then push up slightly and hit us on the break. As I said after the game, it was clear we would come out of the block fast given all the pre-game hype that the whole club was propagating.

I guess calling it 'genius' is a stretch but he had a plan and it worked.
