it's 2003 and Anthony Charles Lynton Blair is rattling his sabre

i'm doing up one of the bedrooms and found an old copy of the telegraph under the carpet. it's really strange and mildly disconcerting that one evil and twisted hideous t**t man would think that the best thing to put under a carpet instead of underlay would be a double layer of the telegraph.
