corporations are too busy

fixing markets and fiddling emissions tests and so on and so on ...

there are countless cases of unlawful cartels being entered by extremely large and apparently respectable companies (some of which even reach our courts) - it would be pretty unsurprising to me, given the huge amounts at stake in football, were it immune to the same temptations ..
