it's certainly strange how much Neil has chopped and changed both

personnel and, more importantly, his playing philosophy this season. Dorrans, for example, was one of his favourites at the start of the season, but has hardly had a look in since January, despite not having any really awful games. I don't massively rate him personally, but it's strange how Neil has gone off him so much.

Also insisting for ages that Brady was a left back, then being forced to put him in midfield and not moving him back to defence since.

It does feel like he's winging it at times.
