Shearer delivered in Euro96 and Lineker in 86 and 90.
Rooney - apart from 2004 has been garbage in tournaments and a major let down.
I really hope he only plays a bit part in the Euros but you can bet your last pound that Roy will pick him for every game and England will flop out again.
