It's an awkward construction but

What he's saying is "here's what Jon and I have to say about it"

So strictly it should be "I", I think

Woe is me is a different construction altogether - it's not copulative (unlike Jumbo) and it doesn't mean "I am woe", it means "woe has come to me", or "woe is unto me". Nothing to do with the predicate nominative.

Anyway, basically it's a s**t sentence because however you write it, it's ugly. Booooo to TLYBP!!! Boooooo!!!!
