Grammatically it's a nominative. "Here I am". "Here we are".

So it's strictly correct to say "Here are Jon and I on ...". If just sounds a bit weird because of the idiomatic use. OM has fallen into thinking that the idiomatic use of the accusative is also grammatically correct; it isn't.
